I was appointed this attorney by the courts for the purpose of mediation. I was anything but pleased with the professionalism of Mrs. Vahey. She rushed the mediation to it’s end and ignored issues that were of importance because she refused to hear thoughts in full. Mediation was 2 weeks ago and no finished proposal was provided to either party. I appeared in court today still with no proposal and no resolution.
