The service is very fast and you get out in no time. But the staff are very rude, unwelcoming and unfriendly. Especially the old Asian lady at the front. Unwilling to help or clarify any issues. Just sends you away without giving you necessary information.

Fast and friendly compared to years ago, absolutely no wait today
Large enough parking lot. Good service. It works similarly as the DVS - you get a number then you wait. For me that wait time was over half an hour, so plan ahead if you have other things to do afterwards. Otherwise, the staff is very efficient.
