Horrible experience! I communication , I sent my forms and payment 6 months before the expiration of my bf working permit, she didn’t submitted it until 10pm the night before the expiration day! I questioned her and she got very angry and told me horrible things on email! That woman is arrogant, disrespectful and acts like she is doing the clients a favor! If we weren’t paying at all! The envelope with all signed forms was sitting on a POBOX almost 2 weeks! I am not sure if they broken, but now nobody even answer phones! Avoid that office! On beginning she is ok, but then forget about! Zero care about clients need! Would a - star if I could!

I loved working with USA Law Group. They're extremely responsive, very helpful, and they actually care about the case they're working on. These cases are very sensitive and confusing, so it was very comforting to have a support system in place to keep me updated on the entire process. 100% would recommend.

According to my experience this place doesn’t even deserve a ⭐️ as a review. They are not professional at all, they only care about money and how to get more money (Context) I few months ago I used their services to do a whole status adjustment and they just did not, They wanted me to do the I-131 form and i said that I didn’t want to request that form because that’s just optional, but they say that it was not possible, completely dishonest. I have much more to say about this unprofessional people but I’m just here to say to AVOID TO GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!! 🚩🚨
