US Tax Shield

My experience with US Tax Shield has been great! They took the stress away from having to deal with the IRS. They kept me informed throughout the entire process which lasted about 9 months. I recommend anyone having difficulties with back taxes to contact US Tax Shield. It is worth every cent.

The worst experience I have ever had. When it comes to back taxes and the IRS you need a company that will be helpful and quick about it. They took 7 years to handle my case and pretty much just ignored me in the end. Had to absolutely raise hell with upper management, which was even very unprofessional themselves. But then it magically took them one day to get my entire case all figured out and settled. They just drag you along and keep asking for money and all your interest with the IRS keeps piling up. Trust me you DO NOT want to use these guys!!!

STAY AWAY from US Tax Shield!!! They are a scam and will tell you things they have no clue about. Like weather or not your particular state will reduce interest and penalties. They told us to agree to our state's calculated monthly tax pay off amount and that it was a generic computer generated amount. We asked the 3 times before agreeing to the state's amount and were told that it would and could be adjusted from $1,236.00 to $1,000.00 well we agreed to the states amount. The very next day they said we are sorry we thought the amount could be changed. I could go on and on about things we were told then told we are sorry for all the inconsistencies and that you were given wrong information! They will have a gal call you who will try and smooth things over with you at the same time tell you

US Tax Shield handled me extremely professionally guiding me every step of the way. We received an abatement for a large part of the amount owed, and I am extremely satisfied with their attention to detail and my account. They really stuck with me through the process, which took some time, but they were able to help me when i really needed it.

Is the worst place to get your taxes done. With a whole bunch of fried peoples just asking for your money.. and not help you to get your taxes done . Well they still have the money for 2021 taxes and never came to a resolution to help me. But yeah they did called me every week asking for money but once they get paid.. they don't care for you . IRS now charging me penalty for not having my taxes done for 2021.. and is 2022.. and all they said ohh we revived it.. this is obviously a scam. Please go look for real professional help for your taxes.. not this clown as people They just drag you along and keep asking for money and all your interest with the IRS keeps piling up.
