I am so happy that I chose upright law to handle my bankruptcy case. Upright has a very efficient process of document collection via an awesome app that I could visit at anytime. I had a good feeling about them at the start with my first call, the specialist was nice and caring. I had a very good working relationship with my lawyer Roger H. Roger was great at explaining the process and did a excellent job preparing and submitting my case. Im extremely pleased with the services upright law provided. I highly recommend them to all that need financial relief.

I am very disappointed. I contacted this law firm after reading reviews my experience wasn’t as great. After speaking to the lawyer, I decided not to choose this firm. The lawyer didn’t give me much options or discuss what is the best option for my situation. Instead of feeling relieved I felt still stressed after the call. I decided not to go with this firm. Two weeks later I am billed a filing fee. I called and they told me my payment would be expedited after I told them I was already in a hardship came to them for help, which I didn’t end up getting but never did I expect this firm to put me further in the financial hole. Almost a month later still no refund, staff rushes me off the phone telling me wait 30 days despite being promised my payment would be expedited. I waited on the line

I thought about it for a week, called back, and decided this was the best decision for me; my family, and the BEST law firm for me to use - so I followed through! Upright kept their word, did all I was advised they would do regarding the process, and I’m finally breathing easy; grateful I made my decision to stay the course!

My experience went according to the expectations they provided. I went on a payment plan and was informed that once I was done paying, the work would truly begin. My lawyer communicated exactly what was needed. We went through the process in a timely manner and we went through my petition in detail. Process was painless minus gathering all the paperwork but that was expected!! Please don't take the reviews about the refund process as a representation of what this company does. Please also note that one should not expect to "file" until you have paid in full. Job well done!

Had a very bad experience with this company. After I paid in full lawyer never reached out so I ended up requesting a refund. It's been one month now and still have not received a refund. Been calling every week and I'm being told they are backed up because of all the request for a refund. First company I seen that makes you wait over a month to get a refund. Worst part is they only count business days so it can take over a month to get a refund. Please be careful who you spend your money with and read all the reviews as I'm not the only one who hasn't received a refund for unsatisfactory work. Next step is to file a consumer report with the attorney general so more people are aware of these type of business practices. Good luck! Update- Requested refund and got approval 9/27/18 and sti
