This is a gem of a post office. Small staff, so be patient. Great stock of stamps, staff at the front (Kayla) was knowledgeable, polite, and professional. The Postal Office was not dirty or falling apart, nicely maintained. Products were stocked and nicely in place. Friendly atmosphere. In downtown Grayling.

In the ongoing saga of incompetence and lies....Today my package was "out for delivery". As usual "delivery was attempted" but were "unable to deliver." At the exact time this delivery was "attempted" i was standing on my porch cleaning my bbq grill. Nobody attempted to deliver anything. Why lie about this? Why are these rude incompetent people still employed? The rude dark haired stringy headed one at the PO is so hateful shes a disgrace to a government office. 5/22/25 Picked up above package at the PO. 5/29/25 yet another package that "delivery was attempted" on at 9:35 am. With a "will try again" note. Carrier has not even been on this road today and they wont try again. Requires another trip to the post office after paying shipping and another encounter with the crass ru

The ladies at the window are very nice and the post office is always clean when I go to pick up my mail. Enjoy speaking with the ladies

Okay so I went here to notify them that my mail was not coming and nothing had happened. They have now let me know that the supervisor stepped down and my problem never got passed on but still the desk attendant was very rude originally and I’m rating it based off the new supervisor who has handled this situation amazingly.

Every time I go in to get my sister packages the short dark brown kinda curly hair lady is rude she’s very unpleasant to deal with! If you don’t like your job that much you shouldn’t be in customer service! The post office needs to weed out the bad employees stop hiring shitty people. I’m not the first complaint on this lady and won’t be the last. I’ll continue to make complaints and document until something is done about this rude lady.
