CTA has referred me to this law firm twice. Both times they have not been able to assist me. They have the employer's best interest in mind and not the employees. When I had my consultation with Ernest he responded multiple times with "but you haven't worked." I find this to be discriminatory in nature because I have been out on disability. He was not concerned about the details of my concerns or complaints. Instead that is what he responded. I cried in our session because of how I was being treated by him. After several times of him responding to me with that phrase, I respectfully respond back to him with "it is not my fault I have not been at work. I have been placed on disability."
