We have used Mr. Turner for three property purchases in Accomack County in the past few years. (Chincoteague, Greenbackville, and Bobtown) Each time he and his staff have been very professional and friendly. Answered each and every question we had and sometimes the same question a few times until we fully understood the answer. Also each property purchase was completed weeks before the closing date. A bounce for us seeing we had to travel from another State over 400 miles away to sign the documents. Even through the COVID “lockdown” we were able to get a property purchased with ease. I can honestly say that if Mr. Turner is still in practice when we purchase our next Accomack County property, he will be our lawyer.

Mr. Turner is very knowledgeable and helpful. He found a problem in our contract that our real-estate agent missed. Thank goodness he found it and the problem was addressed before the closing date. Very professional and has years of experience. I'm so glad we used him and not who the bank tried to push us to use. Mr. Turner will be an advocate for his client.
