I am looking to buy new construction and I worked with Jim to review the contract and he spent a lot of time with me explaining the areas of concern and providing additional language to protect my wife and I against the builder from just taking our deposit at whim. We absolutely love the house, but this builder has a history of just taking people's deposits as a profit center, based on the language of their contract. James tupitza! Complete thief! He demanded 200 to speak with him about several cases. James knew nothing about banking law which he then start going about war stories from his past cases!?? Nothing to do with the cases.He was supposed to have other lawyers to help me which never showed?? James is fruad and complete waste of time and money
