I selected Tully Rinckey due to the former military background of their lawyers. I felt I had a hardship case that needed my X’s military SBP record changed. Most civilian lawyers are not aware of the complexity of Military Records Department. Eric Dunn was knowledgeable and on top of changing rules pertaining to a Serviceman’s Military SBP records and altered my request for change as needed. He was very upfront with saying it would take an extended amount of time to get a response from BCNR and the conclusion might not be favorable but thankfully it was.
