I really wish I wouldn’t have to leave one star but in order for me to be able to post and let you guys know how this lawyer is the worst person I’ve ever met in my life. He stole $1800 from my son and never represented him. he was rude to me in court. He never sent me any other paperwork or the documents that I needed for my son then he had the nerve to ask for 2500 more dollars and I don’t understand why because he never did anything in the first place, this man told me that he was gonna be able to help my son with this case he took $1800 and then didn’t do nothing so before y’all go and spend money with this man I promise you you better look somewhere else because he’s not worth two pennies. I’m gonna report him to the bar and I’m gonna tell everybody that I know about how he done us. D

This guy is nothing more than a con artist. We hired him to help our son on a case and he never even worked on his case. He actually missed his hearing. On September 3rd he told me he was planning on meeting with my son to discuss his case this week. His hearing was in JUNE. A little late I’d say. This was after we had asked for a refund, which he promised to pay the first week of August, then again promised to pay on August 15, then again he promised to overnight me a check so that I would receive it on August 31. Do not hire this man. He is a liar and will not communicate. I have text messages showing where he promised to give me an update on my sons case by a specific date. He promised the updates on 8 different occasions and not one time did he follow through. I initiated contact with

Worst Attorney ever!! This man has been paid in full and I have yet to receive anything but lies from him. He does not attempt to contact me. If I don't email him...he has never shown any initiative to complete my proceedings. I have asked several times for a full refund and he has yet again not responded. Please do not use this man...He is definitely a RIP OFF and should not be allowed to practice law. Now I know why another attorney LAUGHED when I told him who was handling my case. This is ridiculous.

Well I can say this Attorney was great in court forr my Son he would be in jail if it was not for this attorneys knowledge of the law. Mr. Tucker was very professional when I talk to him and wasted no time. He was there when my son needed him on a Sunday!

Failed to communicate, continuously provided different time frames and dates. I had to do everything on my own. In the end he stepped in and misspelled my last name for my final decree.
