Specifically, the Rebecca O’Conner did not convey my clear and explicit instructions to the opposing party. The communication sent on my behalf did not reflect my position, omitted material facts I directed be included, and materially misrepresented the substance of my claims. Had a problem with a mobile home company Buda Dream Homes (Austin mobile homes) i had first gave a down payment of 7,000 the next time i went i was suposed to give less the 1,200 but instead they told me that i hd to give alost 5,000 because i wasnt aprroved by and bank so this was going to be and owner to owner thing. I told them they didnt metion to me that my down payment was going to go up. so i told them that i wanted my money back they told me that they couldnt give me my money back because there was a "law" that i had 10 days to back out. i told them that i didnt know and they said everyone knows that. They flat out told me they couldnt give me my money anymore. i mentioned to my landowner that i had at they time Vernon Tuck (Vernon Tuck Septic) and he told me to contact his cousin
