Ryan the receptionist was VERY NASTY, unprofessional and unhelpful. He was unsure of a service I was asking if the law firm provided and hesitated to find out. My sister called again second time to see if we can talk to someone else. Ryan then again answered the phone with the disgust and accusations, stating that he just spoke with me when it was in fact my sister, leading to him hanging up the phone. Very unprofessional and will be the reason the law firm will miss out on future clients. I spoke with Nikki who was very polite. She didn’t have the answer to my question, however she wasn’t reluctant to find out. She showed interest and great customer service. RYAN can learn something from her.

I love Mrs Rhodes and her team. They have helped my family more than once now with positive outcomes and care. No matter what, she made herself and team available with a caring attitude. We greatly appreciate the outcome. I hope they are there again in the future if the need arises. Again, great team!
