Trust Company of Oklahoma

It has been a nightmare dealing with Trust Company of Oklahoma as successor trustee of my Mom's trust. She would be furious if she knew what has transpired.

After working with Andrew for the last couple years my opinion on the company has changed. It isn't the company as a whole but one person can ruin a person's outlook on them. It's a great buisness and the people that I have met other than the one have been quite professional and understanding. They get what I need done quick and easy and if not they explain in great detail on why. I appreciate that so very much. If your looking for a company to trust; then look no further than the Trust Company of Oklahoma.

STAY AWAY!!!! **WORST COMPANY EVER!!** Consider yourself warned!!! We dealt with MELISSA TAYLOR for nearly 3 years at this company. There was HORRIBLE communication. Ms. Taylor NEVER EVER responds to phone calls or emails, and then outright lies about it. (We have solid proof of her lies). Their fees are outrageous. Melissa is disgraceful to deal with. To make matters worse, Melissa is also an attorney. She literally couldn’t care less about her responsibilities to clients. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!! Regardless of ANY responses to this review, I have 100% documentation to back up everything in this post!!! Melissa is completely LAZY and dropped the ball for MONTHS, REFUSED to respond to emails and phone calls, AND completely lied to us about disbursements. It is like pulling

Trust Company of Oklahoma is outstanding to work with helping me understand my finances. They are quick to respond to any questions or needs. Highly recommend!

They communicate well but take forever to get your 401K to you if you have to withdraw it...
