Understand any negative reviews are “sour grapes” after winning a second term in a local election and doesn’t pertain to his profession. He since has won best in state mayor so consider the source and motive! As far as legal knowledge, we’ve found Troy to be very professional, direct and honest. I would highly recommend him if you find yourself needing representation.

We used Troy for an accident we were involved in a couple of years ago. Anytime we think of a lawyer, Troy is always the first we think of. He was down to earth and set proper expectations.

Bad customer service and is Board member of summit. They apparently can't return a phone call for months then gets mad at the disabled mom who child keeps getting harassed. Then Blames the mom for sending a lot messages cause he and others can't return a message. Typical UTAH cause he is a man and I am the lesser than woman. Should be dis-barred and embarrassment to the legal community. For telling a disabled mother its her fault she is disabled. I am not liberal or republican and neutral in politics. Please Do not vote for this man on any party cause unless you think it is okay to treat the disabled horribly in a educated manner.

Troy is the man, he will tell you how it is and is super down to earth and amazingly knowledgeable about all aspects of business and law.
