I called Tromberg, Morris & Partners, PLLC to pay my debt in full to avoid additional interest. During the call I provided my bank information and authorized them to charge the full amount, but they never processed the payment. Now they say the balance continues to accumulate interest. Customer service was also very poor and the communication was unprofessional. I recommend documenting every call if you have to deal with this company.

This company sent me another customer's information about their loan balance to me by mistake. I attempted to notify them they don't reply. This is an extreme violation of privacy and data. I contacted this company and the employees are nasty. Rude, unprofessional, and unable to speak with an actual attorney just collectors. If this company sues you, make sure you read the original contract of your loan to see if there is an arbitration clause you can enforce. I highly recommend people contact a debt attorney or similar before signing anything and going to court with this law/collection firm.

A year into paying timely payments, they only credited 2 payments to LVNV. So now they are calling threatening taking me to court again. This company must be keeping my payments. LVNV even has it on my credit report as a collection notice. Try to talk to them and they give me the run around. Bad business

If there was a zero i'd put it. I recieved mail from a previous owner of our house from this company. I tried to call this office to have them stop sending the mail as we are the current owners, the office was closed and the voicemail said to leave a message and then the hold music just plays on and on and you cann not leave a message. P.s the previous owners have changed the address with the post office.
