⭐️ 1 Star – Extremely Unprofessional, Disrespectful, and Unacceptable Experience This was one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful professional-service experiences I have ever had. My consultation was originally scheduled as an in-person meeting at 10:30 AM on 12/24/2025. I proactively called the office to request changing it to a Zoom consultation. During that call, I was told the appointment had to be postponed to 11:15 AM because the lawyer was running late, and that a Zoom link would be sent. Important point: this change was only communicated because I called. There was no advance notice from the office. At 11:15 AM, I received nothing — no Zoom link, no call, no message.
