Trip is not an honest man, nor is he responsible about following up regarding business. I reached out a while back about purchasing land from him in Riley County, Ks and he kept saying he would reach back out and never did. Instead he sold the land to someone else and never bothered to contact me back. If he runs his business this way I can understand why he has so many negative reviews. I should have never alerted him that his parcel was about to be auctioned off due to tax nonpayment but thought I was doing him a favor. Thanks for nothing, Trip.

I paid Trip S to write my very simple divorce papers and serve my husband his papers to sign. He did write the divorce agreement but never served him. I called relentlessly asking him to please serve him. I finally realized it was money lost and hired a better attorney. Do not give him any money! I am a single mother making $10 an hour and he knew I saved to pay my divorce. Sadly i am still married. He is a sorry excuse for a lawyer and takes money from people who are struggling in life!

Trip was assigned to our case as our case manager. He made commitments to me of things he was going to do, never happened. Reports of my daughter wanting to run away, instead of listening to what was going on, he turned into a military man and threaten her with the children’s home. Well Trip, let me inform you, 26 years later my children are now sharing the nightmare they had to endure. Physical, mental which you were aware of but the newest sexual abuse. Be proud Trip!! Is it too late to ask for my money back?? My adult child needs real therapy now!

I should have believed the reviews. Months of lies and broken promises followed by his assistant trying to gaslight me. I'm a single mom who gave every extra penny to this shady legal practice to help protect me and my child and now I don't know what to do.UPDATE: he finally filed, after 10 months and filed to withdraw from my case at the same time. So now I'm out the money he charged to go to court and I have to face off against my husband's shark attorney by myself, all because I got tired of broken promises after broken promise and demanded he do something or refund me.

Enormously disappointed is the service this office has provided(didn’t provide). Procrastination is a huge problem. We had to call and go to the office numerous times just to try and get things done. They also added charges after he was done with our case. If anything we should be paid for staying on him to get things done! I do not recommend!
