This office is unprofessional and does not communicate. Changed our closing date several times without our (sellers) permission. Will not send our funds although the buyers closed. Will not answer phone calls or tell us where our funds are.

A very bad experience. Because of both parties closing attorney procrastinated on a Friday, knowing that we needed our selling house to record and wire to our purchasing attorney, we were unable to move in our new home but were forced out of our sold home. You can imagine the headaches we went through to live in air bnb through a weekend and have scheduled movers to place all our possessions in storage. Then after we could finally close, because Triangle Property Law finally wired the money after hours on a Friday, our movers could then move our possessions out of storage and to our new home. Here’s a free piece of advice. Never use the same closing attorney as the other party, don’t ever close on a Friday and do not use Triangle Property Law.

Find a different attorney. I was tasked by my parents to sell their property. It took 7 days short of 2 months to complete a simple, all cash, raw land transaction. The original attorney was fired by the firm. There were multiple errors, one of which I had to fix on my own because they wouldn't make a phone call. I had to make several trips to their office because they didn't read their own documents that were signed and delivered to them. Lastly, if it weren't for the arrogant attitude of the only "Senior Partner" (Melissa Rosado), I would not have written this review. Her attitude seems to be a common denominator of all the 1 star reviews. There are plenty.
