Peggy Tremba has the emotional control of a child. She claims to be strong but can’t even control her on emotions. She is completely unprofessional and I absolutely do not recommend.

They take tens of thousands of dollars with no results. For almost two years I paid them to be on my side and a month prior to the Masters my lawyer had left and I was given a new lawyer. The issue with that was mine had been gone for weeks of not months and no one even bothered to tell me. Tim never has anything but excuses as to why they can not move the process forward. The only reason they kicked the can down the road was the three or four thousand dollars I was paying them each month. Hire someone that will fight for you because these guys will not.

I chose Tremba Kinney based on a recommendation, and I would definitely recommend them myself. I am over a year into a messy divorce/custody battle and my team of attorneys, Tim Kinney and Lucy Burgunder, has been fighting for my and my children’s best interests throughout the entire process. They communicate well and are upfront and honest about expectations and billing (their price is very fair, I might add). I paid several hundred dollars for Mr. Kerr to file a civil complaint and attend a court hearing with me. He failed to do so; and he still kept my money and would not refund me. Fortunately, I was able to represent myself successfully at the hearing and win the case on my own. NOT recommended.

Terrible individuals! John Griener and Chelsea Forbes are the worst! If you want honest and hardworking individuals on your case, don't hire these folks. They made me feel like I was inconveniencing them every time I asked them to do any work. Complete waste of time and money. You've been warned!
