If a relative dies without a will, do not allow Daniel Tregonig to be appointed as the representative for the estate! 10/23 he was appointed by a three judge panel. 07/24 the estate was reported as closed. 3/25 he made contact with my attorney with a draft of his final report and identified +30k to be distributed to heirs. 8/25 he still retains the funds to be distributed. How have three judges failed to supervise this appointee so thoroughly, they recommended him for this appointment. Small estates are only open for 180 days. A full thirteen months after the estate was closed and this attorney has failed to distribute to heirs? How do our judges close an issue without making sure all tasks are complete? Now I have an attorney at $400 an hour. Tregonig refuses to return calls. Tregonig

Terrible at interpreting a will with a pet trust. There was little regard for the care of the pet. Obvious disregard for the wishes of the client and promoting the agenda of the residual beneficiary.

Estate planning is important. Don't take chances, this group are not only reliable, but patient and friendly.
