Was debating using them. When I asked if deleting my emails with my intellectual property (Blueprints, sketches, descriptions) was a big deal if I requested. With concerns of my intellectual property getting out. Emails are the number one thing hacked in the world. I would think this is a common concern and would be a common request in a patent attorney office but after I asked, they declined representing me. Not sure if I could recommend them.

I called to request some information because I was in need of a lawyer. The lady who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude and condescending. I told her what I needed asked me questions and then said we deal with patents. Very rudely. She could have told me that in the beginning. They need someone else answering their phones
