Very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Traffic Ticket Office. I called to ask Scott about the price matching advertised in the mailer his company sent out that states “We will Meet All Advertised Prices!” As a potential client, I simply wanted to understand how the advertised offer worked. Instead of explaining the policy, he responded very rudely, telling me he has “been doing this for years” and that I should go to one of the other younger companies because he is not here to “nickel and dime.” He then hung up the phone. If that claim had not been printed in the unsolicited mailer received from their company, I would not have called to ask about it.
