I can’t thank Attorney Antonio Toto enough for the incredible help and support he provided to my kids. Hired him off of a friend's recommendation 3/19/24 Over a year later, still not a single thing done with my case, talks a good game but doesn't follow through with actions, won't return phone calls, took my 1,500 retainer and ran. Last time I physically spoke to him and not one of his secretaries was 2/26/25 when he told me he'd get things moving along within the week. Here it is almost 4 months later and still nothing except getting his receptionist saying they will leave a message for him. If he doesnt want to take cases he should be up front about it and not just take people's money. Do not recommend using him. Horrible.

So I have known of Antonio Toto for years and I had needed his services for some minor reason . He is “one of a kind” his knowledge and expertise in his line of work is comforting. He’s not only was very professional and well knowledgeable about my situation, but he got everything taken care of and put everything at ease. I highly recommend Antonio for any of your lawyer needs. I have used Mr. Toto many times, because I unfortunately did some regrettable things in active addiction. The negative reviews are incorrect. He doesn't answer all calls right away, as some have said in negative reviews but this is because he is usually in court, and he is busy. But he will get back to you! My late husband and I have both utilized him in the past and he does what he says he will do. He is a great criminal lawyer and I recommend him. Prices are reasonable and he is now in the process of expunging some things for me now that I am in recovery and on the right path. Lawyers don't perform magic, so keep expectations realistic and you won't be disappointed.

I have been very patient with this attorney. As a person he speaks well and could hold a friendly conversation. As an attorney not consistent at his job, not organized, doesn’t return phone calls in a timely manner, always late for court hearings and there is always a delay with something. I found out the hard way. Nothing was resolved with my case. The one star is being generous. Don’t take my word for if decide to use him. You will see. I recommend a coworker to him. Don’t ask why I did this. Mr. Toto arrived 2 hours late to the court hearing.
