Matthew is poorly handling my dad's estate. He is executor of the will and has not made any action since January of 2019 and it is now February of 2020. The money I borrowed from family to pay his final expenses has not even been returned yet. He keeps making promises to work towards closing the estate and they are never kept. I have consulted with other lawyers and all have said there is not much I can do, so now I am just stuck. Asking him to take care of the will was a decision I regret. Even though I was having major health issues after my dad's passing, they have now been resolved and if I had kept control of the estate I still would have had it settled by now.
