My family had the opportunity to work with Tony Heper, and while the attorney handling my case was outstanding—knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to achieving the best outcome—the support staff (Tania, etc.) are very unresponsive and disorganized, leading to multiple instances of miscommunication and delays that added unnecessary stress to an already challenging situation. Despite the attorney being aware of these issues, there was never any change. Additionally, when another family member requested documents filed, the response was that records are deleted after five years, which I find insane since many immigration cases take beyond five years. I have not had the best experience with them. They have the knowledge, but they are too busy to prioritize your case. They certainly paid all the fees and and send the case the old fashion way paper copies hundreds of paper copies. I had to resent ALL the documentation online (upload ALL the documents for the case) everything now it's monitored online and the are not updating their own system or way to do the things which ends up taking more time.

I used Tony Heper for a Bankruptcy and an accident case that was happening at the same time back in 2006. Him & his team were pleasant, helpful and there for me anytime i needed them. Not to get to personal on here but he was going to do a criminal appeal for my childs father that is currently still serving a 20 yr sentence whome i was with @ the time for a 3rd of what other lawyers were charging. Tonys paralegal/office manager who was there @ the time cashed my accident settlement for me since i didn't have a bank account @ the time and also was @ wrk when the money came in and she even brought it to my job. They are great people & definitely @ least worth a consultation. After all consultations are free lol. Seriously though they will get u the most $$ possible. Im about to use him again
