Tommy Harsley Law Office

I was very disappointed..this was my 3rd time being represented by Mr. Harsley and the first 2 times were okay because I didn't dispute the settlement offer, but this last (3rd ) time I didn't accept ( per Mr Harsley advice ) because the offer didn't cover my medical bills that had accumulated during this process. I feel he's not a real fighter when needed, after 2 years and 2 months I was tired of waiting so I accepted the offer which still didn't cover my medical bills and of course they went into collection and of course they affected my credit score. I use to have high praise but I don't anymore, I even referred my son and daughter in law to him after their accident and he didn't offer a referral bonus. Hopefully I'm never in another accident but if I am he wouldn't be my go to at all.

I've used Mr. Harsley's law firm on and off for the past 16 years. I've always been pleased with how he handled my case. Each time I've used his services, I was constantly updated by phone, or mail.
