I attended a trail of a friend's son who Tom was defending in a felony case. It was a very scary time for all of us who knew the defendant and his family. He was incredibly prepared and blew holes in the case against the defendant. His closing statement was powerful and captured and held the jury's attention to the point the prosecutor and no response.
