I would never in a million years refer anyone to this law office. Please read all these low reviews as they are all very accurate. I am surprised they are still able to operate.

My mom had a trust and passed away Apri 23 2024. 10 months later he still hasn't transferred the home so I called the office. Mr Waldron seemed not to know what was going on and asked me if I had done anything with the deed of trust. I told him no that I paid him to take care of everything. I put the home up for sale in May 24 and now have a offer and can't proceed because of his failure to do the transfer. His Paralegal is rude and apparently incompetent since it appears she was the one that didn't keep the process going and hadn't given Mr Waldron the documents to file with the courts. Alot of excuses and for $6000 I expected more competence.

Stay away from this attorney. Waldron and his office are incredibly slow, inefficient and non communicative. Waldron was appointed to resolve my father’s estate and took so long (1.5 years) and for it “almost done” that my father’s spouse passed away before it was resolved. Waldron reached out to me sharing information that sounded suspicious, I hired my own attorney. I’m glad I did. Here we are, almost two years later and my father’s estate still is unresolved despite me following all the proper steps and the estate “almost being done.” Resolving a loved one’s estate, regardless of the circumstances, is an act of kindness. My experience is that Waldrons behavior is unethical and he takes advantage of people. I’ve also filed a complaint with the Florida legal board on this matter. Stay

Tom Waldron is the “trust-worthy” of TRUSTS. He has vast experience, and is caring. I have dealt with him for 20 years which involved changes due to deaths of heirs, etc. He handles everything with attention, courtesy, and genuine help⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Horrible, stay away from this guy. No communication and even though I have sent multiple emails and other attempts to get information has not responded. Failure to finalize my mother's estate and it has been 5 years.
