Tony swooped in at the final hour and saved my family. Tony went to extradoinary measures to meet my needs and worked with the local district court to represent me remotely in effort to cut costs. It was clear Tony had a firm grasp of my case and how it should be approached in a manner in which the courts would respond while prioritizing the needs of my family. Unfortunately, my experience with Timothy has been a very poor example of client representation. From the beginning, I kept him fully informed of the situation and he assured me that he would be able to help. However, instead of acting as my attorney, Timothy took on more of a mediator’s role and repeatedly refused to follow through with filing any motions. Despite my repeated requests and encouragement to explore different strategies and legal actions, Timothy continued to respond with delays, stating that we would “just keep waiting.” In reality, I did far more work on my case myself, including filing my own motions, while Timothy provided little to no meaningful action or support.
