The outcome was exactly what I hoped for, without having to compromise much or settle. The legal assistant, Holly, for John Fuchs is incredibly rude. I called to inquire a case I had submitted, she told me it’s “impossible we call every client…” I stated that is exactly why I was calling, to follow up and save her precious time. She also proceeded to sigh heavily on the phone while I was talking. I was polite, never angry. Maybe coach Holly on how to be nice to clients and proper phone etiquette.

This is a review of Cynthia Albin. Mrs. Albin showed utter incompetence to the point of negligence in my custody case as a GAL. What to expect from Mrs Albin: - one-sided - she never investigated any evidence in my favor, made judgments based on “feeling” and is seemingly incapable of any semblance of balance or keeping up with her case load - little to no communication - this became a joke with my family that there was no GAL on my case - unprofessionalism - involved herself in the drama my ex was causing and made herself a part of it - I was shocked at the levels of immaturity - unprepared in front of the judge - did not have her ducks in a row during several settlement conferences costing us all time and money We ended the case with Mrs Albin only hurting the case more than helping. W

Jonathan Fuchs has been an attorney our family has been using for 10+ years. Probably the only attorney our family wholeheartedly trusts!!! You can NEVER go wrong with Jonathan, Straight up and honest!!

Cynthia Albin is an ethical, honest, and knowledgeable attorney. Being a father in a custody battle is very intimidating and Cynthia has always looked out for my best interests and my child's.
