I think with lawyers if you see a bunch of 5 star reviews and a bunch of 1 star reviews, you can figure out what's really going on. This law firm is the best in California for UD cases. Some people love them for it and some people do not.

Ignore the 3.1 rating, if you look closely that is because of tenants who believe they have been wronged. Alameda County is one of the worst in the country in terms of landlord friendliness, and Todd's team is truly the best, even to the point where large investment companies contract Todd's firm to carry out their evictions. He charges an INCREDIBLY REASONABLE fee, undercutting all of the competition and his service is simply impeccable. He always returns our calls and emails and is incredibly patient with us, especially since this was our first time evicting a tenant and we were understandably anxious.
