Chad is probably the worst employee and one of the most insufferable people. He called about a loan in collections, which I had tried setting a payment plan for 6 months back but he wouldnt take $50/month even though 50 is the minimum allowed, but because theres $20 in interest, he isnt happy since hes only getting 30 vs 50 a month so he would rather take 0$ a month. Then i asked for proof of employment before giving my bank info to a random stranger, and he didnt want to provide any proof because theyd 'already sent a letter in February '. Doesnt matter, by fed law if i request proof you have to give it, including the debt amount and the loan agreement paperwork etc. i told him i just looked online and thats the law. His response? "Oh so youre getting advice from the internet".. uhh yea?

I have been calling this agency for days to oay student fees and no response and when I try to pay online, my account can’t be found.

I had the pleasure of working with Frank Cox regarding some student fee payments I completely forgot about. It wasn't great getting a letter over a year later to find out I owe A LOT of money to a debt collector, but honestly, Mr. Cox has been AMAZINGLY kind, friendly, professional, and polite. I couldn't ask for a nicer person to ask me to pay my bills. Mr. Cox is phenomenal at his job. He truly cares about providing a positive customer service experience.

I have had excellence service with Mr. Frank Cox. He helped me cut down my debt almost in half in one phone call and then worked with me on every payment I made. He always had a really good attitude when we talked and made it easy for me to call in if I had any issues or concerns. I would really recommend him and his wonderful customer service skills, as he has made this tough situation for me even better!

Erin Cox was simply amazing in helping me settle a debt. I was stressed about the situation due to a medical issue. She assured me that they could work with me to get the debt paid. She was so compassionate and understanding! She made a horrible situation so much easier to handle. Erin displayed some of the absolute best customer service I have ever received!
