My attorney Scott Dellaventura was both successful and patient. We filed suit in Superior Court, won a summary judgement, and ultimately got paid. Scott kept me all informed along the way on what is a long process and frustrating process. The result was a successful collection and the satisfaction that the debtor could not just walk away.

As a debt collector, it's a shitty situation. But they did work with me, and when I'm running behind on payment arrangement Bernadette has been kind and just encourages me to get the check in mail ASAP.

This place is the WORST OF THE WORST as far as debt collectors go. They are rude and uncaring, and ruthless in their attempts to collect the debts from the consumer. They have done actions against me that are morally questionable if not outright illegal. When you call them to try and resolve an issue they speak with a condescending tone and try to push the issue off on others saying you need to call the creditor/your work/the Marshall/etc... I wasted 10mins on the phone to get NOWHERE. Debt collection lawyers/firms are notoriously scummy and no good, but this firm is most certainly bottom of the rotten, morbid heap.

I called Attorneys Tobin and Marohn with a complicated lien matter. I initially spoke with Bernadette, who knew specifically what legal documentation I needed after I explained my situation. Attorney Marohn’s help in the matter was efficient, prompt, and completely solved the problem. It was a pleasure working with them!

If you went to law school and had to resort to practicing collection law and become unprofessional while doing it I can not think of a more low life way of making a living. I would be embarrassed. LOL
