Is been almost 12 months and this firm hasn’t done anything for my case, we call no one answer when the teenager receptionist answers transfers me but is always just left to the voicemail of Carolyn López, I got a letter today regarding my deposition happening March 5th via zoom, I was never notified and today March 28 I receive a letter that this was going to happen, almost a month later attorney never called me back or notified me of the zoom link for this deposition or nothing, I am really not sure what they do if is not helping. DO NOT TRUST THEM THEY WONT HELP OR SO ANYTHING

If I can give this a zero I would very upset was supposed to get a call back from so-called office manager Jeanette never did I get the information I needed my calls kept getting transferred over and over wanted help kept getting the runaround of why I was getting pushed back and why I couldn't get in contact with "the manager" went somewhere else got well taken care of there thanks
