It felt as though she took out my file the night before trial and then convinced me to settle out of court due to her own negligence and incompetence. For a marriage of less than 9 yrs with no kids and a house owned pre- marriage- I still lost almost everything. Every attorney I’ve spoke to since has told me it was PURE NEGLIGENCE and MALPRACTICE on her part.

Needed these guys for family court. I was assured there was no conflict of interest on my first call, was told id be called back the following Monday, I had to call back the next wednesday and all of a sudden there is a conflict of interest. The lady was COMPLETELY incompetent and didnt have a clue what I was even talking about. Very disappointed, complete waste of time

I would have to agree she did the same with my family court case botched everything and there were many HIPAA violations. She did not take any recommendations. I made to strengthen my court case and protecting my family and my children. If there was a way to rate zero, I would. I then hired another attorney that was going to sue her for malpractice and he kept me strong along for a year and a half. This whole system is toxic pick and choose your battles and take care of yourself and your family and your children by not giving them any of your vital energies

Teresa did not have the time to meet with me on multiple occasions. She was unprepared at my court hearings. I was called an hour before my temporary order hearing to go over pertinent information to my case. Her only argument was to ask for a regular recurring schedule because my son has ADHD and needed more stability. My spouses attorney rattled off a number of lies to which my attorney had no response on my behalf. Teresa was also unprepared for my PTC. During the conference she asked me if we had settled on a value of our home and what the value was. She also didn't request spousal support. I had to ask her to do so during the conference. I spent a lot of time educating myself because she didn't have the time to do so. After 8 months and $6,000 I asked her to file a motion of continuan

I cannot ethically recommend attorney Teresa Arrowwood as an attorney. She leaked attorney /client privilege information to opposing counsel and it sabotaged my case. She didn’t communicate for months, had multiple legal assistance and didn’t communicate this with me. This led to the court being mad at me as I was an Active Duty Military Member not stationed in Wisconsin. She was in my opinion unethical, unprofessional and irresponsible in many ways. I wouldn’t recommend her nor any agency that has her hired as an attorney.
