Very rude like hang up on you when they don’t like what you’re saying rude. Someone got into an accident in a car that I sold them that I had no association with for a long time somehow this tl Thompson and Associates got an $8000 block on my license for an accident that I wasn’t in or involved in then wanted to be rude when I called to find out what was going on. They will never see any of that $8000. I would genuinely rather pay a lawyer to figure out the situation then to ever give these people My money. Do not give these people your money please, for your stress level, your financial situation and everything else involved. If I could give -10 stars I would. Monica Daniels I believe is her name. Very rude and hung up on me. I know the accident was my fault, never said I wasnt going to pay. But she did not explain their processing of the payments timeframe, so whe I explained to her if ya'll calling people for money, all processes should be explained in full to clients so we are aware of everything. I guess she felt like I shouldnt have told her how to do her job and caught an attitude, got disrespectful, loud and hung up on me. Called back to speak to a supervisor and she was not help either. calling State farm myself and will resolve through them. I hate this company.Ya'll can't intimidate me with the antics.

I am never been appalled by a company especially a collections company ever. I’ve been waiting for their phone call for two months today. I missed your phone call but called them six minutes later asking him to set up payment arrangement for accident. I knew I was at fault in. I’m a big person you treat how people you should be treated as very kind setting that I wanted to set up human arrangements and that I could afford a certain amount and the girl told me that I needed to give her $1000 right then and there and pay over 400 and something dollars a month to be able to pay this off in 23 months I said well unfortunately I can’t afford that. They are rude and predatory. I would never recommend starting a payment plan with this company. Just reach out to State Farm yourself. They stay threatening people. I'm getting to the point where I am no longer willing to deal with them.

They r not the nicest people i have work with before and being sick we will see how they work with u on that... probably not good
