After waiting 3 years to hear back about my daughter’s case I get a letter in the mail saying they don’t have time to do it and to find another law firm. Thanks for letting me know so quickly in such a time sensitive matter. The letter says to find another law firm quickly because it is a time sensitive matter. Well if that’s the case why am I just getting it 3 years later? I’m sure it didn’t take 3 years for them to figure out that they couldn’t help me. Thanks for nothing. I have called this firm repeatedly about my daughter’s case and each time they were too busy to talk to me and nobody ever got back to say ANYTHING. To the point where I had to go up there PHYSICALLY just to talk to someone and they STILL didn’t want to help. No communication whatsoever until I got this letter TODAY. D
