Every single one star review is correct. This is a one man show ran by Doug - extremely disrespectful, demeaning, and unprofessional. Claiming that I owe an Auto Group $500. I personally went to the Auto Group and spoke to the representative who assisted me and whom I paid to. I have all receipts and documentations. Doug will continue to call you in a demeaning manner, and when you choose to defend yourself, not only does he become even more disrespectful but claims that all communication must be done through writing. Just got off the phone with Doug. Unprofessional, rude and demeaning . It’ was quite disgusting how he handled our situation . Made a lot of snarky comments and just laughed at us over the phone . Threatened to take to court. Terrible customer service . Complete waste of time. I’ve dealt with collections before ,this has to be the worst experience. He is not willing to work with people at all so don’t even ask. He likes to call from blocked / unknown caller ID just a heads up . If I could give 0 stars trust me I would !

I got referred to Titan revenue by Margarita financial dynasty LLC. She spoke highly of them and spoke about a long partnership that she had with Titan revenue solutions and spoke highly of Ed Baker. I explained to her my situation and she recommended me to them back in June at her office. She as well as I sent a message to Titan revenue solutions in order for them to get back to me. I never received an email or a call. Until I reached out to them once again back in July and is when they responded to me, I contacted him told him that I got referred to him by Margarita back in June and never Heard back from them we proceeded an email and told him my situation he was able to send me the proper information to get started I filled it out emailed it back. I had a terrible experience with Titan Revenue Solutions. The staff was rude and unprofessional throughout the entire process. I was not given clear explanations or support when I asked about my account, and the tone they used was condescending. They made no effort to be helpful and even threatened legal action instead of addressing the issue properly. Dealing with them was frustrating and stressful, and I would not recommend their services to anyone.
