We were working with Timothy Little re: a Legal Guardianship issue for my daughter. In Sept. 2025 we sent him an $1800 retainer to take the necessary procedural steps. He interacted with us in a professional and timely manner. Unfortunately in late October we notified Mr. Little that our daughter was diagnosed with cancer and to put a hold the Legal Guardianship work. Sadly our daughter passed away and we contacted Mr. Little for a refund of any remaining retainer balance (knowing that possibly a good deal of work had already occurred). To our surprise, within a few days we were refunded the entire $1800 retainer fee. This is a strong indication that Timothy Little is an honest attorney with a heart, who genuinely cares about his clients. I couldn't be more pleased re: his profession

I had the pleasure using services of this firm in a real estate transaction. They negotiated on my behalf as the buyer when possible, they took care of hiring survey / title company without any need for me to worry about it. Tim is honest man and will always tell you what is realistic and push when needed. Cynthia is also on the top of things and is very responsive and helpful. Closing was super smooth and thorough. We hired Mr. Little for his strong litigation skills and high recommendations. He sent his new associate to litigate our case and he was not there the day of court, he failed to notify us of this change and we did not advance or win the favor of the court. Money was used up on writing and rewriting paperwork to submit to the court numerous times.Thousands of wasted dollars later our elder family member is still being taken advantage of and we feel like we flushed our money down the toilet.
