TimeSolv

TimeSolv is a great way to track billing. I appreciate the support team. I've had numerous one-on-one conversations with employees of TimeSolv who are willing and able to assist as I need. The contact feature is the biggest frustration, but that minimal compared to all of the advantages. It's convenient to track multiple clients, professionals, and matters. The reports are also fabulous for monthly and yearly reviews. Bills are concise and easy to understand. It's a great program!

TimeSolv has been a great time saver! It has a very intuitive interface and is easy to use to generate client invoices. My entire team appreciates the fast time entry platform. As the primary billing coordinator, I have cut my monthly billing procedures in half since implementing TimeSolv. My only critique is the limited customization of reporting and invoice templates. I do however appreciate the TimeSolv team's acceptance of future development suggestions and hope to see more refined customization options in the near future. If you are looking for a streamlined time entry and billing solution, I would definitely recommend TimeSolv.

I've used some of the bigger name time entry systems in the past and when we decided to move to a smaller boutique firm, the money for those bigger time entry systems just was not there. We tested a few, but the one that has been the best has been TimeSolv. We love that we can see the number of hours billed each day in the month, editing and adding information is easy and adding disbursements is as well. The search features and most other items are easy. From a timekeeper standpoint, I am glad we have switched to TimeSolv. The cost per user is great and it works well with our small firm.

TimeSolv is a great software for managing time. There is still some features to be desired especially when it comes to modifying billing or matter setup to fit the clients needs. The training is great for clients who are well established on the product, but a little more "hand holding" could be done for new accounts first coming onto the system. Overall, this product has a great user interface and is fairly easy to learn on your own. Support is easy to get in contact with, and most generally can answer and solve issues rather quickly. The Knowledge center is a great resource tool. I also really enjoy being able to easily submit suggestions for improvements on the system.

TimeSolv is definitely the best value of the billing software I have investigated. I initially signed up just for somewhere to keep time until it had to be entered into a separate web-based system (long story) but now that I am on my own, I will also be using it to send invoices to clients. It's not the most user friendly and, unfortunately, my last email requesting help with an issue never received a response, but I'll probably stay for the price.
