I hired Tiller and Tiller to handle a FSBO real estate purchase. I was quoted a price of $600 to get us from purchase contract through closing. The absolutely most unprofessional law firm (or any business for that matter). That I have ever dealt with. I had prepared a purchase agreement from a template on a document site, and forwarded it to the attorney as a reference for the pertinent information. They emailed the document back to me with suggestions for changes, AND WANTED ME TO MAKE THE CHANGES! Then when I stated isn't that what I'm paying you for. They immediately closed my file, and DIDN'T NOTIFY ME THAT THEY WERE NOT GOING TO HANDLE THE SALE! So we've wasted 2 weeks dealing with some lazy attorneys office! If I lose this purchase. I will sue Tiller and Tiller for breach of contrac
