Started out ok with a good phone, but that was it. No follow through and then we get this “ attached below” after my wife called them almost two weeks later. I proceeded to send John Tice an email about what happened and why the disconnect. Evidently he didn’t like the “tone of my email” and declined helping us. Well within their rights to do so and I have no problem with that. But I guess it’s good that we are not being helped by a “sensitive” law firm that handle questions about their lack of follow up or processes. Wish them all the best and I suggest growing a pair!! Feeling stupid after seeing previous reviews, getting response to emails or a phone call is impossible after they got the money to file. Changed some paperwork didn't inform about changes until to late. And if you are with Metlife legal plan do not use this team. If we are not as important then please dont be part of the plan. We are devastated and so stressed. It's not worth it.
