I have been a licensed attorney in Georgia since 1979. I associated Chip as Co-Counsel in a dental malpractice case. He was great to work with and our client was very happy. I also know that many defense attorneys have great respect for him.

It looks like everyone is having the same problem. I called the day my daughter was having surgery and spoke to Angela she took all my information down and then I even followed up the next day. She said they could take my case and that the lawyer would contact me. A full week went by and I called and left a voicemail to check on the status. She ends up calling me and leaving a message saying that the lawyer cannot take my case. If he couldn’t take my case him as the lawyer should have called and followed up with me. I shouldn’t have had to keep calling now I’m still looking so I can get help for my daughter. Completely unprofessional

Mr. Thurston has been totally unprofessional to me. Letting the statue of limitation expire, refusing to return my calls. Now, I am having problems getting my paper work back from his office after many calls, leaving messages on his voicemail and with the staff in his office. A huge disappointment. I am reporting him to the BAR. I had to pick a star in order to post this but he doesn't deserve (1) star.

I emailed Angela all of my information. She said she personally put my information on the attorneys desk and I should receive a call within a couple of days because the information is on his desk, but I never received a reply from the attorney. I am still waiting to hear from the attorney.
