There are not enough stars above to rate the services Chris provided for me. I was simply seeking his opinion on the closing document in relation to a building I was selling in West Liberty. A time was set. The review took place. He suggested several changes. They were accepted by the buyers attorney and a closing date was set up. Within 4 hours of the closing, I was still not in possession of the settlement statement. From what the Title company told me, I knew something was very, very wrong. I finally received the statement and sent Chris a copy. Besides the error I found, Chris immediately found four more. He immediately got in conference with the Title Company and the other attorney.
