Thomas Lopez should NOT be extending his services as a lawyer if his most practice skill is surrendering to the DA. He was prompt to encourage a plea deal even after his client expressed several times that he did not commit this for what he was being accused, furthermore the client emphasized there being no evidence and that the case wouldn’t be tried because he was innocent. Just as expected, the case ended up being dismissed, the plaintiff didn’t even have to attend the last date but Thomas Lopez said that he needed to, even though the client lives in Florida. Thomas Lopez is a shame to anyone practicing law and he is certainly not an attorney but just a lawyer. My heart aches for anyone that falls in the hands of Thomas Lopez that expects him to be helpful and have their best interest a
