The Secretary or the lady I spoke with during my original call was very nice, a pleasure to speak with. The appointment was made for an interview or discussion of my concern with lawyer. I set an alarm on my phone so I could be prepared, and had my documentation . I never heard from them, and spent an hour waiting and my business is as important as theirs.
