This firm is handling my fathers estate. i called just one time to get an update on the progress and the assistant was terse and unhelpful. telling me they cannot send a letter out to everyone once a week to update them on the progress. mind you, i called one time and never suggested anything else. for the time it took her to take out her frustrations on me, she could have easily given me a one minute update in a friendly manner. awful!!!!

Incredibly RUDE office staff & the lawyer isn't any better. Look elsewhere for legal services in Hayward.
