I hired Mr. Collins to help me retain my position as Trustee of my family’s Trust and instead he sold me out! At the time I was a single mother with two disabled minor children, living in the family home. He did not protect my interest in court hearings even though he kept assuring me that I should trust him and I didn’t need to personally appear! Evidently me and my children were forced to leave our home and became ‘homeless’! The “family home” of which was also part of my inheritance was sold and I never received my portion of the proceeds! The final agreement Mr. Collins negotiated for me was totally detrimental and left me and my kids penniless and homeless!! Do not put your faith in this attorney, he’s bad news!!
