My offer was accepted 8/4. By 8/25, I'd still not heard from Michelle. Multiple calls were unanswered. No texts were sent. I had to switch attorneys. This has resulted in huge delays in my purchasing process. They are just now telling me I owe them more money because of the delay (sucks). If you check these reviews, you'll see that this problem HAS occurred more than once. Ask yourself, do I want to be the unlucky person that receives no response and deal with the consequences? It's not worth it. Go with another attorney. I really wish I had read these reviews instead of just going on recommendation. Be careful in Jamestown! They do things a little differently.
